- Own the end-to-end performance, availability, and stability of the enterprise network across LAN, WAN, data center, wireless, and cloud connectivity.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership by personally investigating and resolving complex network issues rather than relegating all technical work to the team.
- Lead technical direction during major network outages, driving rapid diagnosis, containment, and restoration of services.
- Review network designs, architecture proposals, and implementation plans before deployment to ensure resilience, security, and scalability.
- Review firewall rule changes and network security requirements to ensure alignment with security policy and risk posture.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or high-impact network incidents and drive permanent corrective actions.
- Drive network automation and operational efficiency initiatives to reduce manual effort and human error.
- Review and approve network changes prior to implementation in production environments, ensuring proper testing and rollback planning.
- Ensure proper implementation, validation, and post-change verification of all network changes.
- Partner closely with Server, Security, Cloud, SOC, and Application teams to ensure coordinated infrastructure operations.

Cloud Networking
- Experience in networking and firewall solutions in AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with Virtual Networks (VNets/VPCs), Security Groups, Network ACLs, VPN Gateways, and cloud firewall services.
- Support hybrid cloud connectivity and secure cloud network architecture.
