Job location :Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage

  LAN/WAN network infrastructure

  to ensure high availability and performance.
• Configure and troubleshoot

  Cisco switches and routers

  .
• Troubleshoot

  VLAN, Trunking, STP/RSTP, EtherChannel, VTP, and inter-VLAN routing

  issues.
• Support routing protocols such as

  OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and static routing

  .
• Perform troubleshooting for

  packet loss, latency, link flapping, interface errors, routing issues, and network outages

  .
• Monitor routers, switches, WAN links, interfaces, bandwidth utilization, CPU, memory, and device availability using network monitoring tools.
• Work with monitoring platforms such as

  SolarWinds, LogicMonitor, PRTG, Zabbix, Nagios, or similar tools

  .
• Perform

  incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalation

  for major network issues.
• Coordinate with

  ISPs and telecom vendors

  for WAN/link-related incidents.
• Handle incidents and service requests through ITSM tools such as

  ServiceNow

  .
• Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, device inventories, and troubleshooting records.
• Participate in

  24x7 rotational shift/network operations support

  , where required.
