Required Technical Skills:
✅ Cisco Catalyst Routers – Installation, Configuration amp; Troubleshooting✅ Cisco Meraki LAN Switches – VLANs, Trunking, Port Configuration amp; Troubleshooting✅ Arista Wi-Fi Access Points – Installation amp; Wireless Troubleshooting✅ L2/L3 Networking – VLAN, STP, LACP, Routing amp; Switching✅ LAN/WAN Connectivity, DHCP, DNS amp; IP Troubleshooting✅ Rack amp; Stack, Hardware Replacement, Network Health Checks✅ Customer Site Support, Incident Management amp; SLA Handling

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong hands-on troubleshooting experience
• Ability to work independently at customer locations
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Willingness to travel as per project requirements
• CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge is preferred
