Network Engineer (Fixed Term Contract)

Job Description:

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of enterprise network engineering experience. Strong WAN, LAN, routing, and switching fundamentals. Hands-on Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) design and operations experience. Experience with Cisco DNA Center (Assurance, Templates, SWIM, PnP).Experience with ThousandEyes or equivalent digital experience monitoring platforms. Strong knowledge of: Python Ansible REST APIsGitJinja2Good understanding of: QoS Network security fundamentals Segmentation High availability architectures Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

CCNP Enterprise CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure / Enterprise Automation Cisco DevNet ThousandEyes certification SD-WAN Specialist certification Exposure to AWS, Azure, SASE, and Cisco ISE. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Network Source of Truth tools such as NetBox.

CCNP Enterprise, CCIE Enterprise/Automation, Cisco DevNet, ThousandEyes or SD-WAN specialist certifications. Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure), SASE and ISE. Experience with CI/CD pipelines for network changes and network source-of-truth tools (e.g., NetBox).
