Network-Data Center-Datacenter ManagementSystems Integration Advisor

NTT DATA is looking for a Network-Data Center-Datacenter Management Systems Integration Advisor to join their team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a SolarWinds Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily execution of SolarWinds and maintaining an expert view of its operations. Your role will involve configuring SolarWinds to meet the organization's specific needs and using it to monitor the performance and availability of network and systems. You will be expected to update and maintain the SolarWinds platform to ensure its smooth and efficient operation. Additionally, providing training and support to other users on the proper use of SolarWinds will be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with other IT professionals to develop and implement strategies for improving network and system performance using SolarWinds is also a key aspect of this role. As an SME, you will act as a Point of Escalation for critical outages of the SolarWinds Monitoring System and provide mentoring and coaching to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers. Participation in team reviews, service improvements/enhancements, capacity planning, and capacity improvements are also expected. Providing Tier 3 Level Support on escalated tickets and keeping stakeholders updated through SOP on business-critical incidents will be part of your routine. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. The relevant experience required for this position is 8+ years.
