Role Overview: As a Network Data Admin at Wipro Limited, your role is to resolve, maintain, and manage clients" software, hardware, and network based on service requests raised by end-users. Your main goal is to ensure client satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions within defined SLAs. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely response to all tickets raised by client end-users - Solution service requests while maintaining quality parameters - Act as a custodian of clients" network, servers, systems, storage, platforms, and other equipment, ensuring proper functioning and upkeep - Monitor the number of tickets raised through various channels and provide the right solutions within the defined resolution timeframe - Conduct root cause analysis of tickets raised and create action plans for problem resolution - Provide immediate resolution to high-priority tickets/services - Install and configure software/hardware based on service requests - Adhere to timeliness as per the priority of each issue to manage client expectations and prevent escalations - Provide application/user access as per client requirements - Track all tickets from acceptance to resolution stage as per defined resolution time - Maintain timely backups of important data/logs and management resources - Coordinate with on-site team for complex problem resolution and ensure timely client servicing - Review logs gathered by Chat BOTS and ensure timely resolution of service requests/issues Qualifications Required: - Mandatory Skill: Network Data Admin - Experience: 3-5 years Additional Details: Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company that focuses on building innovative solutions to address clients" most complex digital transformation needs.
