As a .NET Technical Lead with strong DevOps experience, you will be a key player in enhancing .NET web applications for TenForce, one of the key clients of Infilon Technologies Pvt Ltd. Your primary responsibility will be to manage web-based applications in a multitenant environment hosted in the Data Center (90%) and on Azure (10%). **Key Responsibilities:** - **Leadership:** Lead and inspire a dedicated team of software and DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative atmosphere and driving performance. - **Issue Management:** Identify, analyze, and resolve platform issues by collaborating with engineers to determine root causes and define effective action plans. - **Performance Tuning:** Optimize application performance to ensure scalability in line with user demands. - **Automate Deployments:** Define and implement deployment procedures with a focus on continuous integration and delivery practices. **Technical Skills:** - Proficient in .NET application development - In-depth understanding of REDIS for caching mechanisms - Working knowledge of the ELK stack for monitoring and analytics - Working knowledge of CI/CD pipeline and testing automation Your analytical mindset will be crucial in troubleshooting effectively and implementing solutions for performance enhancements.
