Job Description

As an Infoscion, a typical day in your role involves interfacing with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include understanding requirements, creating and reviewing designs, validating architecture, and ensuring high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain. You will also participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews, and unit test plan reviews. Leading and guiding your teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management, and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes are key aspects of your role. Your contribution will be vital in building efficient programs/systems, enabling clients to navigate their digital transformation journey successfully. Key Responsibilities: - Interface with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction - Understand requirements, create and review designs, validate architecture, and ensure high levels of service offerings - Participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews, and unit test plan reviews - Lead and guide teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management, and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes Qualifications Required: - Good knowledge of software configuration management systems - Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends - Logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively - Understanding of financial processes for various project types and pricing models - Ability to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions - Client interfacing skills - Project and team management experience This role at Infosys provides you with the opportunity to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth, and increase business profitability.
