.Net Core Full Stack Lead

You are a highly experienced and technically strong .NET Core Full Stack Lead responsible for architecting, developing, and leading end-to-end application development utilizing modern .NET and front-end technologies. This client-facing role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and global clients. In this role, your responsibilities include: - Leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications using .NET and Angular. - Providing architectural direction and hands-on development in backend services and front-end integration. - Reviewing technical designs, code, and ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and DevOps processes. - Developing robust and secure APIs with ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, and Microservices architecture. - Working on data access layers using Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and optimizing database queries (SQL Server). - Building modern, responsive UI with Angular 14+ and implementing Angular MFE (Micro Frontend Architecture) when required. - Designing and implementing Azure-native solutions including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Application Insights, Azure Alerts, and Monitoring to ensure scalable, resilient, and secure applications on the Azure platform. - Collaborating with DevOps teams to automate builds, testing, deployments, and monitoring using CI/CD pipelines. - Contributing to observability by configuring logging, telemetry, and performance monitoring. - Serving as a key technical point of contact for clients, engaging in requirement discussions and solution demonstrations. - Mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and supporting upskilling within the team. - Actively participating in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning.
