As a Lead I .NET Developer at this company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable web-based applications using Microsoft technologies. Your role will encompass end-to-end ownership across the software development lifecycle, including API development, cloud deployment, database integration, CI/CD pipelines, and production support in a 24/7 environment. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to solution design and architecture. - Develop and maintain web applications using C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Web API, following design patterns and security best practices. - Build and consume RESTful and SOAP-based services using Web API, SOAP, XML, JSON. - Work on cloud-based application development and deployment using AWS or Azure, ensuring scalability and reliability. - Design, develop, and optimize database solutions using SQL Server, including stored procedures and performance tuning. - Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Jenkins, or similar DevOps tools. - Participate in full software development lifecycle activities including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. - Provide production support and incident management in a 24/7 support environment, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution. - Work within Agile/Scrum methodology, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and support artifacts as required. Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Web API. - Experience in developing and integrating REST and SOAP web services (XML, JSON). - Cloud development experience with AWS or Azure (mandatory). - Solid experience with SQL Server, including database design and performance optimization. - Hands-on DevOps experience using GitHub, Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, or similar tools. - Good understanding of cloud architecture and modern application design. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Strong understanding of secure coding practices, design patterns, and scalable architecture. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Additional Company Details: The client is looking for individuals who also have experience with SSIS and ETL processes, exposure to Windows Server 2016/2019+ and SQL Server 2019+ environments, prior experience in mentoring junior developers or reviewing code, and experience in preparing technical documentation and release notes.
