About the job Objective To coordinate with partner colleges/institutes for admissions, manage institute-side documentation, and maintain strong relationships that ensure smooth and transparent collaboration between NerdMine, institutes, and students. Key Responsibilities Daily TasksCommunicate with partner colleges/institutes regarding student admissions, seat availability, and admission timelines. Manage institute-side documentation, including MOUs, admission letters, seat allocation reports, and fee confirmations. Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate institute information (seats filled, admission deadlines, new course announcements, etc.). Support students during admission confirmation by liaising with institutes for smooth onboarding. Address institute-side queries promptly and escalate issues to the Founder when necessary. Weekly Tasks Prepare and share an Admission Status Report summarizing students placed, pending admissions, and institute feedback. Provide Sales and Mentor teams with updates on seat availability, deadlines, and new course launches. Conduct regular check-ins with partner institutes to strengthen professional relationships. Collect and report institute feedback to improve the student–institute experience and operational efficiency. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in relationship management, admissions, or education partnerships (preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and documentation handling. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under deadlines.
