Qualifications Required: - Education: GNM Nursing/B. Sc Nursing/M. Sc Nursing - Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on NICU experience in a reputable hospital - Knowledge and Specific Skills: Strong functional/clinical skills, ability to plan and execute work, familiarity with NABH & Nursing Excellence standards, ability to document accurately, proficiency in using digital platforms.
