Position: Sales Trainee Location: Manesar, Haryana CTC: ₹4.8 LPA Function: Sales & Business Development Industry: Industrial Packaging Solutions Role Overview The Graduate Engineer Trainee – Sales will support sales and business development activities for Nefab’s industrial packaging solutions. This role provides hands-on exposure to B2B industrial sales, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, design, and engineering teams at the Manesar plant. Key Responsibilities Support the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities for industrial packaging solutions. Assist in key account management activities, including customer interactions, meetings, and follow-ups. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with design, engineering, and production teams to propose customized packaging solutions. Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic cost estimations in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Conduct market and customer research to identify potential clients, industries, and business trends. Maintain sales data, customer records, and reports using CRM or internal systems. Support order processing, documentation, and coordination with supply chain and production teams to ensure timely execution. Participate in plant visits, customer trials, packaging solution demonstrations, and technical discussions. Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and safety norms at all times. Eligibility & Qualifications B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, Packaging, Production, or related engineering disciplines. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales or industrial marketing. Strong interest in B2B / industrial sales and manufacturing-driven solutions. Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and plant visits. Basic understanding of manufacturing or packaging processes (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
