Key responsibilities Sales and promotion: Promote and sell travel packages, flights, hotels, and tours to meet or exceed sales targets. Client consultation: Understand client travel preferences and needs through consultation to create personalized and customized itineraries. Booking and coordination: Handle all booking procedures for flights, accommodations, and other travel services, and coordinate with suppliers and vendors. Customer service: Provide exceptional customer support before, during, and after the trip, including handling inquiries, issues, and complaints. Product and market knowledge: Stay current on travel trends, destinations, promotions, and industry regulations to provide informed recommendations. Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners. Administrative tasks: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and transactions. Required skills and qualifications Proven 2+sales or operations experience, ideally in the travel or tourism industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of travel products, services, and booking systems.
