Regularly review student performance reports and provide actionable feedback to improve outcomes. 5. Motivate and guide students to remain focused and committed throughout the academic session. 6. Interact with parents during the admission process, providing guidance and addressing their concerns about courses and exam preparation. 7. Participate in educational seminars and workshops conducted at schools and colleges to build awareness and inspire students.
