Position Summary: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Biology Teacher to join our on-site faculty team in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in NEET syllabus, excellent teaching methodology, and a proven track record of delivering results in competitive exam preparation. Key Responsibilities: Teach Biology for NEET syllabus (Class 11 & 12 – CBSE focus) to students at our Sharjah and Abu Dhabi centres. Deliver high-quality and engaging classroom sessions using concept clarity, examples, and test-based learning. Prepare lesson plans, practice sheets, assessments, and test series aligned with NEET exam standards. Monitor student performance, provide individual guidance, and support weaker students with remedial classes. Collaborate with academic coordinators, counsellors, and parents to ensure student success. Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and booster programs for high-potential students. Stay updated with the NEET exam pattern, NCERT changes, and new pedagogical tools. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology / Life Sciences / Zoology / Botany or related fields. Minimum 2–5 years of experience teaching NEET Biology in reputed coaching institutes or schools. Proven results with previous batches (top ranks, consistent improvement, etc.) Strong command over NCERT Biology and NEET exam pattern. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Willingness to work on-site in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi (candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the UAE). Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in EdTech or blended learning environments. Familiarity with digital tools like Smart Boards, PPTs, interactive quizzes, etc. Experience teaching NRI/CBSE students in Gulf countries is a plus.
