Job Summary : We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive with 1-2 years of experience in Non-Delivery Report (NDR) management . In this critical role, you'll ensure optimal delivery success by managing and resolving non-delivery issues for shipments across ShipDelight's platform and our vast courier partner network. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and minimizing returns. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End NDR Management: Oversee the entire NDR lifecycle, including daily tracking, identifying reasons for non-delivery, and coordinating re-delivery attempts. Stakeholder Communication & Resolution: Effectively communicate with consignees and collaborate closely with various courier partners to resolve delivery exceptions swiftly and ensure successful package delivery. Performance & Efficiency: Drive efforts to minimize Return to Origin (RTO) rates by maximizing successful re-deliveries. You'll also contribute to identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Data Management & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of all NDR activities and generate relevant reports on NDR performance, trends, and resolution rates. Qualifications & Skills: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in NDR management within the logistics or courier industry. Strong understanding of courier operations and delivery failure reasons. Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and logistics software/tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail.
