Role & responsibilities College Outreach & Student Engagement: Visit colleges, interact directly with students, and provide guidance on research opportunities and Ph.D. preparation programs. Seminar & Presentation Delivery: Conduct seminars and workshops in colleges to create awareness about research, Ph.D. programs, and career opportunities with NDRIO. Strategy Development: Plan and execute innovative strategies for student enrollment, outreach campaigns, and marketing initiatives. Independent Travel & Networking: Travel independently for meetings, seminars, and events with colleges, students, and academic partners. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small marketing and sales team to achieve outreach and enrollment targets. Marketing & Sales: Promote NDRIO programs effectively through presentations, one-to-one counseling, and student engagement activities. Reporting & Analysis: Track outreach activities, report performance metrics, and suggest improvements for effective student engagement. Preferred candidate profile We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Head / Manager to drive student enrollment and promote our research and Ph.D. preparation programs. The candidate will be responsible for conducting one-to-one interactions with students, organizing seminars, and developing strategies to expand NDRIOs reach across colleges and universities. Required Skills Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or educational outreach (preferably in higher education or research programs). Strong understanding of research, Ph.D., and academic programs is preferred. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel independently and conduct seminars at multiple colleges. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and drive results. Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with strategic thinking abilities. Key Attributes Passionate about education, research, and student development.
