About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients understand and choose the right health and life insurance products tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities: Educate clients on health and life insurance options and help them select appropriate coverage Assess the insurance needs of individuals, families, and businesses Develop and maintain strong client relationships through trust and excellent service Provide accurate information on policy coverage, terms, and conditions Assist clients with claims processes and ongoing policy management Meet or exceed sales targets and business development goals Stay up-to-date with insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes Attend training sessions and company meetings regularly Requirements: Proven experience as an insurance agent, advisor, or similar sales role (health and/or life insurance preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to explain complex insurance terms in simple language Strong negotiation and customer service skills Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools (Preferred) Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 10th Standard or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Preferred) Bilingual abilities and any other language are a plus.
