Role & responsibilities To implement HR process Recruitment, Selection, Interview, confirming and closing the required positions. To co-ordinate with the consultant. To prepare offer letter, appointment letter, reviews before confirmation and appraisal, confirmation and appraisal letter, transfer letter etc. Maintain and verify attendance, prepare salary and wages using Payroll software / as per company practise. Maintain leave records, service reports of employees. Maintain employee personal files. To prepare PF and ESIC records for monthly challans, update KYC records and solve any issues related to claims / withdrawals of staff and labours. To prepare application of labour license, statutory compliance, records as per labour laws. To maintain harmonious and cordial relations between employees and organization. To observe and maintain discipline followed by employees as per organisation To prepare company policy To prepare JD of the required positions with proper understanding from HOD of respective department To communicate, understand and resolve employees issues. To visit government offices for Liasioning work. To co-ordinate and prepare records required for any Over Seas projects like Passport / Visa/ Tickets/ Biodata etc To maintain records of company owned properties, evaluation reports, insurance timely. To maintain yearly calendar for all statuary renewals and prepare timely. To keep updates and introduce new HR related policy as and when required. Preferred candidate profile Candidate from IT sector only. Candidate having minimum 5 years of experience in HR field (IT sector). Well versed in making Company policy, Payroll, Compliance.
