Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery.Prepare quotes, proposals, and other documentation as needed for customers.Provide back office support to the Team by handling administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, Vendor Forms filling and record-keeping.Coordinate with production department to ensure smooth order execution and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer interactions.Payment Follow-ups and New Orders Follow-ups.Prepare Production plan & shipment schedules. Any other specific work entrusted from time to time by management. Desired Candidate Profile2-3 years of experience in a similar role.B.Com degree (Any Specialization).Proficiency in MS Office Products including Word, Excel, Outlook is must.Knowledge of Tally ERP will be an added advantage Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multitask effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and suppliersImmediate joiners are preferred Candidates who are located near to Tin Factory, Bangalore will be an added advantage
