About Us Nav Nirman Foundation (India) was founded in 1995, we are a de-addiction and rehabilitation center dedicated to providing holistic care, counselling, and recovery support for individuals struggling with substance dependence and psychological challenges. Job Description We are looking for a Residential Clinical Psychologist to join our team and provide psychological support, therapy, and counselling to residents at our facility. The candidate will play a key role in patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivering evidence-based interventions in a structured residential setting. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and therapy sessions. Develop and implement individualized treatment and recovery plans. Provide counselling for patients struggling with addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Facilitate group therapy sessions, workshops, and psycho-educational programs. Work closely with psychiatrists, counsellors, social workers, and nursing staff to provide integrated care. Maintain detailed case notes, progress reports, and documentation as per clinical guidelines. Support families through counselling and involvement in treatment plans. Participate in community outreach, awareness, and prevention initiatives if required. RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) registration is mandatory. Prior experience in addiction treatment, rehabilitation, or mental health facilities is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
