Job Description We are looking for a Residential Clinical Psychologist to join our team and provide psychological support, therapy, and counselling to residents at our facility. The candidate will play a key role in patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivering evidence-based interventions in a structured residential setting. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and therapy sessions. Develop and implement individualized treatment and recovery plans. Provide counselling for patients struggling with addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Facilitate group therapy sessions, workshops, and psycho-educational programs. Work closely with psychiatrists, counsellors, social workers, and nursing staff to provide integrated care. Maintain detailed case notes, progress reports, and documentation as per clinical guidelines. Support families through counselling and involvement in treatment plans. Participate in community outreach, awareness, and prevention initiatives if required. RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) registration is mandatory. Prior experience in addiction treatment, rehabilitation, or mental health facilities is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medication, and supporting the medical and counselling staff in delivering high-quality care. Key Responsibilities Administer prescribed medications and monitor their effects. Provide basic medical care and attend to health needs of residents. Assist doctors and psychologists in treatment procedures and therapy sessions. Monitor vital signs, maintain health records, and report changes in patient conditions. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid. Educate residents about hygiene, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits. Support overall rehabilitation goals by working closely with the multidisciplinary team. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of patient records. Qualifications & Skills GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification (registration with Nursing Council preferred). Experience in rehabilitation centres, hospitals, or mental health facilities is desirable.
