Natural Language Processing (NLP) Architecture/Sr Manager

As a visionary AI Research and Innovation Practitioner, you will be responsible for developing new algorithms, enhancing existing models, and exploring novel applications of AI to address complex challenges faced by clients. The role is open across multiple areas of AI and Gen including Speech and Audio, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, and Multimodal AI. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on emerging research tracks on Agentic AI autonomous systems that can reason, plan, and adapt using AI technologies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building novel solutions to challenging industry problems - Collaborating with Responsible AI, Delivery leads, and Academia - Implementing real-world applications such as digital assistants, healthcare agents, and enterprise automation - Leading research efforts and publishing in top-tier conferences - Mentoring and developing the next generation of AI talent Qualifications Required: - Full-time PhD from tier 1 institutes - Minimum 5+ years of post-PhD experience - Proficiency in machine learning, data science, Python, cloud technologies, gen AI or LLM, deep learning, and NLP If you are a PhD holder in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, AI, Statistics, or similar disciplines from a reputable institute (such as IIT, IISc, ISI, IIIT) with experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Speech Processing, or Multimodal Processing, we would like to connect with you.
