JD: yrs of experience required : 3.5 years - 12 years The ServiceNow Consultant is responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the business requirements Development of ITSM & any other application, custom apps in ServiceNow Platform following best development practices ​Support other developers in their work to integrate existing systems with ServiceNow Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience with full cycle implementation of ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), Asset, CMDB, ITOM ServiceNow implementation of ITBM, GRC, HRSD modules will be added advantage ServiceNow upgrade hands-on will be added advantage Very good knowledge of the ITSM process Work with global ServiceNow team to implement the ServiceNow ( all the modules ) across all global locations of client Exceptional Interpersonal Skills & Ability to work independently and with a team Requirements A Candidate should be able to perform in a dynamically changing environment. Should have prior hands-on working experience in ServiceNow platform ServiceNow Platform Configurations and ServiceNow Scripting, Best practices Integration to various solutions (SaaS, External Apps) using REST API / web service / JSON will be added advantage Ability to work with clients and partners directly and handle crunched timelines ​Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork. Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Desired) ITIL Certifications (desired) At least 1 mainline ServiceNow Implementation Certification (Desired) Experience & Background BE/B-Tech/MCA/BSc/BCA 5+ years of IT industry experience. Implementation/customization experience on ServiceNow ITIL/ServiceNow Certifications will be an added advantage.
