The Marine Logistics Specialist II will be responsible for managing and coordinating all logistical activities that support vessel operations and maintenance. This includes supply chain coordination, timely procurement and delivery of marine goods and services, vendor collaboration, and ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and company standards. Key Responsibilities: Logistical Planning & Execution Develop and implement logistical plans that align with fleet operations and supply chain needs. Ensure efficient procurement and distribution of materials, spare parts, and equipment for vessels. Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with the Purchasing, Technical, and Operations teams. Communicate with external vendors and service providers to guarantee timely delivery of critical supplies. Inventory & Supply Chain Management Monitor and manage agent stock levels to avoid shortages or delays. Oversee inventory systems and track the movement of materials. Shipping & Documentation Manage and process all logistics documentation, including customs paperwork, shipping manifests, and regulatory records. Operational & Emergency Support Ensure vessels are consistently well-stocked and operationally ready. Provide logistical assistance during both routine and urgent operational requirements. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure adherence to international maritime regulations and internal policies. Uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards in all logistical operations. Reporting Generate detailed reports on inventory levels, logistics performance, and vendor management for senior leadership. Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in marine logistics, supply chain operations, or similar industries. Experience working within ship management or marine fleet operations is strongly preferred. Certifications (Preferred): International Certified Logistics Professional (ICLP) or equivalent certification.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining CargoWise One modules, developing workflows, reports, and documentation, and integrating CW1 functionalities with existing systems. Key Responsibilities: Create and optimize workflows in CargoWise One , aligned with organizational SOPs and best practices. Configure and maintain CW1 modules and registries. Act as a subject matter expert in CW1 integrations and eAdaptor tools. Develop and maintain documents using the DocBuilder function. Design, develop, and maintain reports within the CargoWise One platform. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Freight Forwarding, Information Technology , or a related field. Certified CargoWise One Professional is mandatory. Strong understanding of logistics and freight operations. Proven experience with CargoWise configuration and integrations. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications (Optional): Experience in freight forwarding operations. Familiarity with supply chain management software and workflow automation. Ability to train users on CW1 features and functions.
