Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced National Sales Head to lead and scale our sales operations across business verticals. This is a senior, CXO-level leadership position requiring a strategic thinker with extensive sales experience, a strong background in EdTech, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large sales teams.

The candidate will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to develop sales strategies, strengthen business performance, and achieve the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead, manage, and scale large sales teams across business verticals and locations.
• Take ownership of overall sales performance, revenue generation, conversions, and target achievement.
• Establish sales targets, KPIs, performance benchmarks, and accountability frameworks.
• Improve lead conversion rates, sales productivity, and the overall sales funnel.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to expand market reach and revenue.
• Build scalable sales processes, forecasting models, and performance monitoring systems.
• Monitor sales performance through regular reviews, data analysis, and business reporting.
• Mentor and develop sales managers, team leaders, and other senior sales professionals.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, academic, and other teams to improve business outcomes.
• Present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Drive a performance-oriented culture focused on revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 15+ years of overall experience in sales, with a minimum of 7–8 years of experience in the EdTech industry.
• Proven experience in senior sales leadership roles, preferably handling national-level sales operations.
• Demonstrated success in managing large sales teams and achieving significant revenue targets.
• MBA from a top-tier management institute is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of the EdTech business model, education sales, and online learning markets.
• Expertise in sales strategy, revenue planning, forecasting, team management, and performance optimisation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team on strategic business decisions.
• Must be based in Delhi or Noida and comfortable working from the Noida Sector 2 office.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a mature and strategic sales leader with substantial EdTech industry experience, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.

The candidate should be capable of taking complete ownership of the sales function, implementing scalable sales strategies, and driving sustainable business growth.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Location: Noida Sector 2, Uttar Pradesh.
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Working Days: 6 days a week.
• Work Arrangement: Full-time, work from office.

Important screening criteria: Candidates must have at least 15 years of overall sales experience, including 7–8 years in EdTech, and an MBA from a top-tier management institute. Only candidates meeting these criteria should be considered

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
