You will be responsible for managing the entire audio post-production workflow, including tasks such as editing, noise reduction, effects creation, music integration, and final mix/mastering to ensure a polished and immersive sound experience. Additionally, you will utilize AI-powered tools like ElevenLabs for high-quality voice-overs, seamlessly integrating them into projects to enhance narration and voice-driven content. Collaborating closely with the creative team, you will work on narrative soundscaping to transform raw audio and visual footage into engaging narratives that captivate and resonate with target audiences. Adapting and optimizing audio content for various platforms such as social media, websites, and other digital channels will be a crucial part of your role, ensuring a seamless listening experience tailored to each medium's requirements. You will also be responsible for maintaining and enforcing the highest audio quality standards across all projects, balancing multiple deadlines to deliver high-caliber results without compromising on sound fidelity. Effective collaboration with writers, motion graphic artists, and other departments is essential to ensure the smooth integration of audio within larger multimedia campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in audio engineering with a solid understanding of sound recording, editing, mixing, and mastering. A strong grasp of post-production workflows, codecs, image types, resolutions, and frame rates is necessary. Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment are key attributes for this role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration, along with an understanding of narrative storytelling and pacing within edits. It would be advantageous to have experience in the advertising and content marketing industry. Formal education in audio engineering, film production, or a related field is a plus, along with a portfolio or reel demonstrating audio and video work.
