Location: Various Community Areas / Field Locations Organization: Nari Sewa Samiti Reports To: Project Coordinator / Program Manager Job Purpose: To actively reach out to women from underprivileged and marginalized communities, spread awareness about vocational and skill development courses offered by Nari Sewa Samiti, and mobilize them to participate for their personal growth and financial empowerment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct door-to-door visits , community meetings , and awareness camps in slums, villages, and low-income urban areas. Create awareness about the free/low-cost vocational training courses offered (e.g., computer courses, tailoring, beauty culture, healthcare, spoken English, etc.). Identify and motivate women and girls (especially from weaker sections) to join suitable courses. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 10th or 12th pass (Graduate preferred) Prior experience in field work, NGO activities, or community mobilization is a plus Distribute pamphlets, posters, and information brochures in the local language. Maintain a record of interested participants and follow up to ensure course enrollment. Coordinate with local leaders, Anganwadi workers, and SHGs (Self Help Groups) for wider outreach. Submit daily/weekly reports to the supervisor on mobilization activities.
