We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and ensure excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and service flow Lead and supervise front-of-house and service staff Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and basic HR coordination Manage inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination Handle customer feedback, complaints, and online reviews professionally Ensure compliance with FSSAI, safety, and local regulations Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations Monitor sales performance and control operational costs Train staff on service standards, SOPs, and brand values Requirements Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager / Floor Manager Strong leadership and people-management skills Excellent customer-handling and communication abilities Kannada language proficiency – Mandatory Tulu language knowledge – Added advantage Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays Familiarity with POS systems preferred Experience in multi-cuisine or family restaurant setups is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Growth opportunities within a growing hospitality brand Supportive and professional work environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹17,138.08 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Leave encashment Paid time off Work Location: In person
