Role & responsibilities Receive and handover the shift position of Plant (Specific Work Area) operations.Communicate deviations in plant equipment parameter with Shift In charges and correct the situationGood knowledge in operation of SS/MSGL reactors, centrifuges, ANFOS, filters, RDVs and other chemical process equipment.Hands on experience in operation of chemical plants in continuous & batch operationsWell versed with safety practices, MSDS, and safe handling and operation of chemicals and all relevant equipments.Able to take responsibility for Process & Production (Batch & continuous operation).Enforce company policies and safety procedures in operations and good housekeeping in working area.Ensures that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.Shall have innovative ability and analytical knowledge for process improvements, improve working conditions for cost reduction to enhance production quality and capacity with a good implementation of work flow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency.Able to control the risk and have knowledge on emergency situation handling and communication to the critical stakeholders.Incumbent should have working knowledge on Integrated Management systems, (Quality, environment and EHS).

Role & responsibilities Maintain the good documentation practice as per different tier of document.Implement and strengthen the quality management systemArchive and control all SOP and ensure respective department is using latest version of document.Maintain the record of all issue document and changes in SOP should be reflect through proper document change form.Investigate and reply of customer complaint based on CFT finding.Ensure that proper CAPA should implement as per RCA.Participate and conduct internal and external audit.Investigate OOS and OOT of product parameter.Conduct of periodic plant round to ensure comply of process parameter.Preparation of COA.Local and export dispatch activity as per plan.Vendor audit.Maintain the record of MOC.Maintain the record of nonconformance of RM and FG.
