Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis. Oversee AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, and taxation processes for the assigned country. Maintain proper documentation and ensure smooth coordination with HQ Finance. 2. Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning Lead annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes. Provide financial insights and recommendations based on business performance. Monitor budget adherence and highlight risks and opportunities to management. 3. Compliance, Audit & Internal Control Ensure full compliance with local statutory requirements, including tax filing, audit, and regulatory obligations. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies. Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to company financial policies. 4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management Monitor cash flow, banking operations, and working capital requirements. Manage payment cycles, fund transfers, and foreign currency exposure. Ensure proper liquidity planning to support business operations. 5. Business Partnership & Commercial Support Provide financial analysis to support commercial decisions, pricing strategies, distributor agreements, and cost optimization.
