Role Overview The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, building strong relationships with plot owners, investors, and high-net-worth individuals, and converting leads into contracts for premium residential construction projects. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong sales acumen, and the ability to represent MyScaai Bharats luxury + technology positioning in the market. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Generate leads through networking, referrals, channel partners, and digital platforms. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to convert leads into contracts. Pitch MyScaai Bharats unique value proposition ( fixed cost, fixed timeline, premium quality, smart technology integration ). Drive sales targets for independent villa and premium residential construction projects. Client Relationship Management Build long-term trust with clients by understanding their dream home requirements. Maintain continuous engagement from enquiry contract project execution handover. Upsell premium features (smart automation, interiors, luxury finishes). Team & Process Management Mentor and guide junior sales executives. Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns and client outreach. Coordinate with the design & execution team to ensure smooth project onboarding. Market Intelligence Track competitor offerings, local construction trends, and pricing. Share insights with leadership to refine pricing, offers, and marketing strategy Role & responsibilities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred. 5+ years of proven sales experience in construction/real estate. Experience handling HNI clients / luxury residential projects is an added advantage.
