Location: Business Class Hotel, Vythiri, Wayanad We are looking for a Waiter – F&B Service to join our newly opened business-class hotel in Vythiri, Wayanad. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong passion for service, learning, and growth in the Food & Beverage field. Duties and Responsibilities: Greet guests courteously and escort them to their tables Present menus and provide detailed information upon request Prepare tables by setting linens, cutlery, and glassware Recommend menu items and upsell additional products when appropriate Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or order slips Communicate order details clearly to the kitchen team Serve food and beverages as per service standards Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation; report issues if any Maintain neat table arrangements and a clean dining area Present bills and collect payments accurately Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery and send them for cleaning Attend daily briefings to understand specials, menu changes, and reservations Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest interactions professionally Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Catering technology. Good communication skill in English. Minimum 1 year experience in same role.
