The Head of Architects at Della Township in Mumbai, with frequent travel to multiple locations, is responsible for leading the architectural vision, planning, and execution of luxury township developments, villas, and master planning. This role demands strategic leadership, technical expertise, and a keen design sensibility to deliver high-end, innovative, and sustainable architectural solutions aligned with the company's brand ethos. The key responsibilities include overseeing the in-house architectural team, defining design guidelines and quality standards, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and statutory norms, managing project planning from conceptual design to final construction drawings, conducting site visits for design supervision, and coordinating with external consultants. Additionally, the Head of Architects is responsible for municipal and regulatory coordination, stakeholder collaboration, integration of sustainable design principles, and staying updated on global architectural trends for local adaptation. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in large-scale township or luxury residential projects, a strong understanding of municipal by-laws and building codes, proficiency in design software, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with frequent travel. The minimum qualification required is a Bachelors/Masters Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution, along with a minimum of 12-15 years of architectural experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
