As a Project Manager (Civil Engineer), you will be responsible for managing various aspects of construction projects, overseeing crew members, and preparing estimates for time and material costs. With a Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction and a minimum of 10 years of experience, you will bring valuable expertise to the role. Your role will involve working on maintenance and execution tasks in residential, commercial, and multi-storey buildings. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and timely completion of projects, as well as coordinating with different stakeholders to achieve project goals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage different parts of construction projects - Supervise crew members effectively - Prepare accurate estimates for time and material costs - Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction - Minimum of 10 years of experience in building construction and maintenance - Experience in commercial building projects - Fluent in English This is a full-time position with a salary range of 50k - 60k per month, negotiable based on experience and qualifications. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the job location will be in person at various construction sites.
