1. Assistant Manager Training / Sales Trainer

• Experience: 610 Years | Thane
• Handle sales training, product training, onboarding, mock calls and coaching.
• Improve counsellor performance through training interventions.

2. Manager / Senior Manager – Degree Sales

• Experience: 6–10 Years | Mumbai (Andheri)
• Manage Admission Counsellor teams and drive sales targets and revenue.
• Monitor conversions, team productivity and performance.

3. Manager – OJT Specialist or Team Lead

• Experience: 3–6 Years | Noida / Gurugram/ Bangalore
• Manage new joiner onboarding and OJT.
• Conduct floor coaching, call audits and track 30/60/90-day performance.
