You'll create visuals for two brands under one founder: a fast-growing HR tech startup and an established real estate company.

CredXHire is India's verification-first hiring platform. It connects verified job seekers with verified employers, helping companies hire genuine talent faster while protecting job seekers from fake job postings and fraudulent recruiters.

CredXInfra (formerly Karthikeya Developers) is an end-to-end real estate company with almost 25 years in the market. We handle development, marketing and sales of our projects in-house.

About the role

We're looking for a Multimedia Designer who can design, shoot, edit and animate, all in one role.

You'll be the creative engine behind CredXHire, CredXInfra and our two communities. One day you'll design a carousel for a hiring campaign; the next you'll shoot a property walkthrough and cut it into reels. You'll work closely with our Marketing Specialist and see your work go live every week.

What you'll do

Graphic design

• Design social media posts, carousels, ads, banners and event creatives for both brands and both communities.
• Create brochures, flyers, hoardings and site branding for CredXInfra projects.
• Design pitch deck visuals, investor one-pagers and presentations for CredXHire.
• Build and maintain brand kits and reusable templates (in Canva or Figma) so interns can create routine posts.

Video shooting and editing

• Shoot videos: property walkthroughs, site progress, founder clips, office life, events and testimonials.
• Edit reels, short videos and longer YouTube content with captions, music and clean cuts.
• Plan shoots in batches (for example, one shoot day a week) to stay efficient.

Motion graphics and animation

• Create motion graphics, animated posts, logo animations and explainer videos for CredXHire's product.
• Add animated text, transitions and graphics to video content.

Working with the team

• Take briefs from the Marketing Specialist and deliver on time across all brands.
• Use AI tools to speed up resizing, background removal, captions and variations.
• Coordinate with freelancers for 3D renders, drone shots or big launch videos when needed.

What we're looking for

• 2–5 years of experience as a graphic designer, video editor or multimedia designer.
• A portfolio that shows all three: static design, videos you shot and edited yourself, and motion graphics.
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (or Figma), Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
• Experience shooting video with a camera or smartphone: framing, lighting and clean audio.
• Good sense of layout, typography and colour, and the ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Understanding of what works on Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, including reel formats and trends.
• Ability to handle several brands and deadlines at once, and take feedback well.

Nice to have

• Experience creating content for real estate, HR tech or startups.
• Agency experience handling multiple brands.
• Your own camera, gimbal or lighting setup.
• Drone shooting experience, or basic 3D skills (Blender, SketchUp, Lumion).
• Experience with AI design and video tools (Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, CapCut, Runway).
• Basic UI design skills for landing page visuals.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
