Multilingual Customer Support Managers

We are hiring dynamic Customer Support Executives and Managers who can connect with our customers in English and an 2 or more Indian languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Odia, etc.). What You'll Do

• Provide Support: Handle customer queries via voice, chat, and email in English and regional Indian languages.
• Resolve Issues: Deliver fast, empathetic, and effective solutions to customer problems.
• Lead Teams (Manager Role Only): Coach support executives, track performance, and ensure top-tier service quality.

• Languages: Fluent in English + proficiency in 1+ regional Indian languages.
