We are seeking Pega CDH developers with 3-5 years of experience (minimum 3 years). The ideal candidate should have experience as a Pega Decisioning Consultant, with or without integration experience. Key responsibilities include demonstrating strong technical expertise in end-to-end CDH implementation in inbound, marketing campaigns, and real-time decisioning. Proficiency in utilizing 1:1 Operations Manager, Next Best Action Designer, NBA Strategy Framework, multi-level decision-making, and simulation tools is essential. The candidate should have experience in creating real-time containers, managing volume constraints, developing multichannel and outbound campaigns, and possessing end-to-end knowledge of the NBA Strategy Framework.
