· Electrical: LT panels and wiring, Lighting · HVAC: AHU, Operation Theaters Maintenance, Installations and AMC · Inverters and UPS: Maintenance and AMC · DG: Installation, Maintenance and AMC · CCTV: Installations, Maintenance and AMC · All facility and technical Requirements · Emergency Support to 15 Sites Including OT · Hospital Audits · Firefighting systems: Sprinklers, Hose Maintenance, Installation and AMC · Vendors creation and management · PO, Budgets, Billing and other administration work · AMC, PPM, tracking and renovation · All Preventive and breakdown maintenance · EPBX, IT support · Branding developments and Installations · Non-Technical: Plumbing, Carpentry, Interiors work · Government Audits: Electrical and Fire systems Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
