Role Overview: As a Multi-Skilled Technician and Plumber at Capella & Alhena Client Solutions Pvt. Ltd., based in Mangalore, TAS, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive plumbing tasks such as installation, pipe fitting, maintenance, and repair. Your role will involve ensuring the uninterrupted operation of systems, identifying and resolving technical issues, conducting quality inspections, and delivering outstanding customer service while adhering to health and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: - Perform installation, pipe fitting, maintenance, and repair tasks related to plumbing systems. - Ensure the efficient and effective operation of equipment and systems through maintenance and repair skills. - Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and resolving issues in a customer-focused manner. - Adhere to safety protocols and comply with industry standards and regulations. - Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to meet objectives. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Plumbing and Pipe systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. - Skills in Maintenance & Repair to ensure efficient operation of equipment and systems. - Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on clear communication and issue resolution. - Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. - Previous experience in a similar role and/or professional certifications in plumbing or technical maintenance are advantageous.,
