As an Infoscion, your day revolves around addressing customer issues, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in developing proposals, contributing to solution design, configuring products, conducting pilots, and resolving queries. Your responsibilities also include delivering demonstrations, workshops, preparing estimates, leading projects, and actively participating in organizational initiatives to provide high-quality solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop proposals and provide inputs in solution design - Configure products based on design and conduct pilots - Assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design - Deliver solution/product demonstrations and workshops - Prepare effort estimates in line with customer budgetary requirements - Lead small projects and contribute to organizational initiatives - Develop value-creating strategies and models for clients - Stay updated on latest technologies and industry trends - Demonstrate logical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills - Understand financial processes and pricing models for projects - Identify process improvement areas and suggest technology solutions - Possess industry domain knowledge - Exhibit client interfacing, project management, and team management skills Qualifications Required: - Good knowledge of software configuration management systems - Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends - Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Understanding of financial processes and pricing models - Ability to assess current processes and suggest technology solutions - Client interfacing skills - Project and team management experience,
