Required Technical Skillsets:

experience in SQL Server database administration (SQL Server 2012 through 2022).

Strong proficiency in installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching.

Expertise in backup and recovery strategies, using native tools and third-party solutions.

Deep understanding of high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) techniques (AlwaysOn, Log Shipping, Clustering, Mirroring).

Strong experience in performance tuning, query optimization, indexing, SQL Profiler, and Execution Plans.
