This store has a nicer selection than the other stores in the district. They are organized, clean, and take care of both the merchandise and the customers. The staff is also generally friendly. I appreciate being able to find items that other locations don't carry.

The clothing selection is not great but I did find a shirt that was nice. I tried it on and came out of the dressing room to the checkout line and a wait that was much too long. The store does not provide enough clerks to check out customers. I put the shirt back on the rack and took my forty minutes back.

Stopped by a few times while in town to pick up some winter wear at reasonable prices. Very clean store. Very friendly staff, once mor than one person was waiting in line to check out more staff would appear to check out and reduce wait time.

It's a clothing store, what do you expect, it is exactly what it is. However the staff could be better. They do not staff the downstairs cash register, even if there is someone behind it they will send you upstairs. The staff isn't very welcoming or friendly and the security guy at the door stares you down like a criminal.

Their website and front door say they open at 11AM but they actually didn't open until 12PM. A bunch of us were waiting outside for a long time. You'd think a big company like this could figure this out!

Takes ages at the cash register. It just seems that there is always only 1 person at the cash registers, irrespective of the crowd. Nice people otherwise. Just only go there if you have ample time.
