PA to MD - Profile 1. Executive Support • Managing the MD’s daily schedule, appointments, and calendar. • Organizing and coordinating internal/external meetings. • Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-ups. • Screening calls, emails, and messages, and responding on behalf of the MD when required. 2. Communication & Coordination • Acting as the point of contact between the MD and staff, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. • Drafting emails, letters, reports, and presentations for the MD. • Ensuring smooth communication flow within departments. 3. Administrative Duties • Handling documentation, filing, and maintaining confidential records. • Managing travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries). • Monitoring office operations relevant to the MD. 4. Project & Task Management • Assisting the MD in tracking ongoing business projects. • Following up with departments on deadlines and deliverables. • Preparing MIS reports, performance summaries, or data the MD needs. 5. Decision Support • Providing background information and research for meetings or decisions. • Prioritizing issues that require the MD’s attention. • Acting as a “gatekeeper” to manage time and priorities. 6. Confidential Work Handling • Managing sensitive information related to business strategies, finances, HR matters, etc. • Maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times. 7.
