- ग्राहक को समय पर सामान पहुँचाना: ग्राहकों को उनके ऑर्डर समय पर और सुरक्षित रूप से पहुँचाना। - ग्राहक सेवा: ग्राहकों के साथ अच्छा व्यवहार करना और उनकी समस्याओं का समाधान करना। - ऑर्डर की डिलीवरी: ऑर्डर को सही तरीके से पैक करना और ग्राहक को सौंपना। - वित्तीय लेन-देन: कुछ मामलों में, डिलीवरी बॉय को ग्राहकों से भुगतान भी एकत्र करना होता है। डिलीवरी बॉय के लिए आवश्यक योग्यता ² ³: - न्यूनतम 8वीं या 10वीं पास: अधिकांश कंपनियों में डिलीवरी बॉय के लिए यह न्यूनतम शैक्षिक योग्यता है। - बाइक या स्कूटर: डिलीवरी के लिए वाहन आवश्यक है। - ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस: वाहन चलाने के लिए वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस आवश्यक है। - स्मार्टफोन: ऑर्डर प्रबंधन और ग्राहक संपर्क के लिए स्मार्टफोन आवश्यक है।
Required skills- We are looking for Diploma holder/B.tech in Civil Engineering(preffered)- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and or civil project execution.- Proficiency in Auto CAD for creating and understanding project drawings.- Good knowledge of construction practices and material handling.- Proficiency in using Gem Portal & India Mart for lead generation.- Excellent communication and negotiable skills.- Willingness to travel outside Lucknow for client meetings and project work. Key Responsibilities- 1-Generate leads and acquire clients through direct sales, India Mart, GeM portal, and other channels. 2- Meet schools, builders, developers, and institutions to pitch sports infrastructure projects. 3- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders by preparing proposals, quotations, and presentaions. 4- Oversee site work from start to finish , acting as a site in-charge when required. 5- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and labour teams to ensure timely completion.
