MRO Engineers

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate

    service damages

    on

    aero engine components

    and determine

    root causes

    .
  • Define and validate

    acceptance limits

    for

    repair

    and

    serviceability

    of components.
  • Develop and implement

    repair procedures

    in compliance with

    aerospace standards

    .
  • Create detailed

    inspection manuals

    ,

    repair manuals

    , and

    technical documentation

    for engine components and assemblies.
  • Collaborate with

    cross-functional teams

    to ensure adherence to

    aeronautical engineering principles

    and

    mechanical processes

    .
  • Support

    continuous improvement initiatives

    for

    MRO workflows

    .
  • Ensure compliance with

    regulatory guidelines

    ,

    OEM standards

    , and

    aviation safety regulations

    .

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of experience

    in

    aerospace maintenance

    ,

    repair

    , and

    overhaul (MRO)

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    aero engines

    ,

    inspection procedures

    , and

    repair standards

    .
  • Experience in creating

    inspection manuals

    ,

    cleaning manuals

    , and

    repair documentation

    for aerospace components.
  • Excellent

    problem-solving

    ,

    root cause analysis

    , and

    decision-making skills

    .

  • Familiarity with

    OEM manuals

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree

    Aeronautical Engineering
