Microtech Engineers, a leading Plastic Injection Molder located in SIPCOT Pillaipakkam, Chennai, is currently seeking an experienced Junior Mold Maker with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacture of high precision molds. As a Tier-2 supplier to automotive industries, we are dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality and precision in our molds. Key Responsibilities: - Perform preventive maintenance on injection molds to ensure optimal functionality. - Respond promptly to mold breakages and troubleshoot effectively. - Collaborate with machining suppliers to ensure timely completion of jobs. - Operate drilling, milling, grinding, and turning machines with precision and accuracy. Key Skills and Qualifications: - Proficiency in working with plastic injection molds, with a focus on precision and quality. - Ability to lead and work effectively with small teams to achieve common goals. - Familiarity with Engineering Plastics and their specific requirements. - Education from reputable institutes such as CIPET, NTTF, or equivalent in Tool and Die making is preferred.
