\Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and innovative AC Servo Motor Designer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of AC servo motors used in a variety of applications. This role requires in-depth knowledge of motor design, electromagnetic theory, thermal management, and manufacturing processes. This role involves leading the design and development of high-performance AC servo motors for various industrial applications. Job Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of AC servo motors, including the selection of materials, design of windings, and determination of motor geometry. Utilize electromagnetic simulation tools to optimize motor performance, efficiency, and reliability. Design of AC servo motors, focusing on electromagnetic, mechanical, and thermal aspects. Create detailed designs and specifications for motor components, including stators, rotors, bearings, and housings. Perform electromagnetic simulations using tools like ANSYS Maxwell, JMAG, or similar. Conduct thermal and structural analysis to ensure the reliability and efficiency of motor designs. Oversee the prototyping of motor designs and coordinate with manufacturing teams . Prepare detailed design documentation, including Assembly Drawings, 3D Models ,CAD drawings, technical reports and specifications. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, control system engineers, and manufacturing personnel. Ensure motor designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, power electronics engineers, and manufacturing teams. Ensure motor designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Skills required: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on motor design. 5+ years of experience in designing and developing AC servo motors or similar types of motors. Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory, motor control principles, and thermal management techniques. Strong understanding of motor control principles and algorithms.
