Description
Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Animation Design and animate motion graphics for property showcases, social media campaigns, digital ads, and email marketing. Produce promotional videos for real estate listings, developer branding, testimonials, and virtual tours. Animate infographics and UI elements to support web and app-based real estate tools. Concept Development Collaborate with content strategists, copywriters, and designers to storyboard and conceptualize motion content. Translate static designs into engaging motion visuals while maintaining brand guidelines. Marketing Integration Create engaging video content tailored for various platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Support paid media campaigns with animated ads and banners. Create short, looped motion pieces for property walkthroughs and teasers. Team Collaboration Coordinate with the creative lead, property agents, and photographers/videographers to integrate motion design with live footage and imagery. Work with developers to ensure seamless integration of motion content into websites and digital listings. Asset Management & Delivery Maintain organized design files and manage content delivery pipelines for on-time publishing. Ensure all assets meet technical and visual standards across formats and channels. Qualifications Must-Have Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Design, Visual Arts, or related field. 4-6 years of professional experience in motion graphic design (preferably in real estate, creative agency, or digital marketing). Strong command of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and media encoder tools. Solid understanding of animation principles, visual rhythm, and dynamic transitions. A standout portfolio showcasing motion design projects in branding, marketing, or real estate. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Experience with 3D animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender). Basic video editing and sound syncing skills. Familiarity with real estate CRMs or project marketing platforms. Understanding of digital ad specs and responsive formats for mobile/web.
